Three tools, no account, no catch

Two of them read the live web when you press the button. The third never sends your text anywhere — which matters, because the text you most want to check is usually the draft you have not published yet.

Heading structure checker

A page's headings are the nearest thing it has to a contents page, and they are the first thing a person skimming and a machine summarising both read. Nearly every fault here is invisible on screen, because CSS will happily make an h4 look like a headline.

Reports the full outline, missing or repeated h1s, skipped levels, empty headings, and how many words sit between them.

Readability analyser

Paste a draft. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is logged, and the page works with the network unplugged — every number below is computed by JavaScript on your own machine. Reading scores are a rough instrument, so this shows you the sentences behind the score rather than only the score.

Density is reported, not judged. There is no correct percentage, and anyone who tells you there is has a number they made up.

    Social card preview

    Most preview tools read the tags and stop. A page with a flawless og:image pointing at a 404, or at a 300 pixel thumbnail, previews as a grey box — and every tag-reading tool calls it fine. This one fetches the image and measures it.

    Shows what Facebook, LinkedIn and X would build from the tags, after their fallbacks — not what you hoped they would build.

    What is not here

    No traffic estimate, no authority score, no rank checker

    Traffic estimates come from clickstream panels licensed for six figures a year. Domain Rating and Domain Authority are Ahrefs' and Moz's private models over their own crawls; there is no free equivalent, only sites that invent one and hope. Live rank checking means querying Google automatically, which its terms forbid and its bot detection stops.

    We would rather ship three tools that are right than nine that guess. For rank and impressions, Search Console is free and it is the real data, not a sample of it.
